Busiest week.
It’s been 2 weeks since my last time at the gym. I know my weight has increase but I believe I can work it out by next wee. Last 2 weeks was the busiest week for me. I don’t have much time to do any exercise or even a jogging.

Maybe I should consider myself to take a fat loss pill so that I can keep my weight as usual. I really need to to do it because this can help me to maintain my weight. Anyway, I still work out in the gym as well… right? So there’s nothing to be worried about
